Mindfulness meditation can help us manage stress, practice compassion for ourselves and others, and increase our resilience and ability to navigate the challenges we face with grace and creativity. It can strengthen our coping skills and support our well-being. In these experiential workshops, you will explore the different aspects of mindfulness through guided practice. You’ll also gain tools to improve focus and attentional control.
